Founded in 1990, CW is a woman- and minority-owned, family-run business with a legacy of creating bespoke, high-end solid wood doors for prestigious clients across the United States. Based in Western New York, our headquarters and manufacturing plant house the entire process—every door is engineered, crafted, and finished in-house, ensuring unparalleled quality and attention to detail.

While our roots are in Western New York, our reach extends far beyond.     As the lead in our production team, Kiran Khan's strong design sensibility and keen eye for innovation make her an integral part of our operations. Her expertise in engineering, design, and quality control ensures that each door meets the highest standards. A talented artist by nature, Kiran’s creativity influences both the look and feel of the final product. Her hands-on approach in the shop keeps her closely connected to the craftsmanship at the heart of our business.

    A former business development lead and now a special consultant to the company, Zeb Khan is known for her deep knowledge of our products and long-standing relationships with clients. While she currently lives abroad, Zeb remains engaged behind the scenes, offering valuable insights into customer relations and strategy. Her years of on-site experience and client-facing roles have given her a thorough understanding of the company’s operations, making her a vital part of our extended team.

The region has a rich history of generational woodworkers, originally settled by Scandinavian artisans whose influence still resonates today. Known for its tradition in furniture making, Chautauqua County is home to skilled craftsmen who take pride in every piece they create. Our team is passionate about woodworking, and each member of our crew brings their expertise and dedication to every door we craft.
